KORE team would develop and execute the project at the client offices. The KORE team would be based on the Client's Campus and would follow the policies and guidelines of the Client. The project would be completed entirely on the Client's premises and managed by the Client or by KORE project management consultants as decided by client based on project needs.

All applications will be developed in KORE offices in USA. This model provides required control to the client without having consultants in-house.

An ODC would be an extension of the Client's Operations. All projects would be developed and executed for the client on KORE’s global delivery center (GDC) in India. KORE’s onsite team would be involved in requirement analysis, deployment and user acceptance testing (UAT).

This model provides considerable cost savings with the advantage of quality software.
